1. Adsorption tower pressure conversion regeneration method;
2. Washing solution regeneration method: the principle of washing and desorption regeneration method is to use a suitable liquid solution to flush the activated alumina desiccant bed, reach the intention of flushing and regeneration, and increase the temperature or reduce the pressure are conducive to erosion and desorption;
3. Temperature conversion and regeneration method: after thorough heating and regeneration, the activated alumina desiccant needs to be cooled with cold water.
We are talking about the regeneration method of commonly used activated alumina desiccant:
1. The method of regenerating waste activated alumina by dilute nitric acid impregnation and calcination method, it is the adsorbed full of water cleaning, drying, drying of activated alumina placed in the pool, with 10%-20% dilute nitric acid solution, impregnated for 1-2 hours, the impregnated activated alumina by water cleaning and drying, the drying material in the kiln, after 300-500 degrees calcination, heat preservation for 2-6 hours, natural cooling to room temperature. Regenerated activated alumina can be regained to restore new adsorption ability, and the water absorption rate is not worse than that of the new activated alumina detergent on the market. The principle of regeneration adopts dilute nitric acid impregnation and calcination method to treat waste activated alumina balls, with the intention of improving the internal pore structure of waste activated alumina, improving activity, restoring its efficient adsorption ability, and achieving the intention of regeneration. Compared with the conventional method, the treatment method has a novel process, high activity of regenerated activated alumina, low treatment cost, and important environmental protection and economy.

After adsorption, the activated alumina detergent is placed in 100g/L aluminum sulfate solution and soaked for 30h, discard the solution, and wash with clean water 3~5 times, each time with 2L of water.
