1. The raw powder production process mainly includes five stages: preparation, composition, aging and crystallization of sodium aluminate, separate washing, drying and packaging of mother liquor. Preparation of sodium aluminate: a certain amount of liquid alkali or steaming mother is added in the reaction kettle, heated to the preparation temperature under mixing, and then the aluminum hydroxide temperature is added at a certain temperature. Aluminum hydroxide solution is prepared under the conditions of preparation of sodium aluminate. After the preparation is completed, a certain amount of mother liquor is used to condition the concentration of sodium aluminate solution to meet the material requirements of the composition of molecular sieve material powder. The two-step filtered sodium aluminate solution is used to form the molecular sieve powder.

2. Composition: There are 6 substances in the composition section, namely liquid alkali, sodium aluminate, mother liquor, sodium silicate, water and primer. According to the production process ratio, six kinds of materials are included in the tank, and the reaction is mixed for about 1 hour.

3. Aging, crystallization: After mixing the slurry in the composition tank, it is pumped into the crystallization tank, heated by steam under mixing, and the heating temperature and aging and crystallization time are controlled according to the process requirements. Mix the effluent into the buffer tank.

4. Separation and washing of mother liquor: molecular sieve separates the slurry solid liquid through the filter to collect filtrate. Wind pressure scrubbing and dewatering, when the water reaches 30-32% of the adherent water, the wind pressure is stopped and the filter cake enters the filter cake turnover bin.
