ZSM-5 zeolite is characterized with high hydrothermal stability, high surface area, excellent shape-selective catalytic effect, wide range of SiO2 / Al2O3, unique surface acidity and low carbon content. It is based on the above advantages, ZSM-5 molecular sieve is widely used in the field of oil refining industry, fine chemicals and environmental protection and other fields.
Application
1. Zeolite ZSM - 5 is used for RFCC Resid FCC: conventional SiO2 / Al2O3 ratio is between 25 to 30
2. Zeolite ZSM - 5 is used for catalytic cracking units to reduce gasoline olefins or to produce propylene additives : conventional SiO2 / Al2O3 ratio is between 36 to 38
3. Zeolite ZSM-5 is used for catalytic cracking catalyst addtion to increase gasoline octane rating and increase the olefin content of the gas: conventional SiO2 / Al2O3 ratio is between 40 to 50
4. Zeolite ZSM-5 is used for shape-selective catalysis such as diethylbenzene catalyst, xylene isomerization catalyst, ethyl acetate, ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol butyl ether of catalysts: conventional SiO2 / Al2O3 ratio is between 100 to 150
5. Zeolite ZSM-5 is used for extracting organics from water: conventional SiO2 / Al2O3 ratio is between 220 to 400
