Blue silica gel can be divided into blue indicator, color-changing silica gel and blue glue. The appearance is blue or light blue glassy particles. According to the shape of the particles, it can be divided into spherical and bulk two kinds. After moisture absorption, its color change from blue to pink.
It is mainly used for moisture absorption and rust protection of instrumentation equipment under closed conditions, and at the same time, it can directly indicate the relative humidity of the environment by using its own color change from blue to red after moisture absorption. Used in conjunction with ordinary silica gel desiccant, It can indicate desiccant’s moisture absorption level and judge the relative humidity of the environment.
